Kaoru will always be his favorite. She is the first one he met and she stuck by Marvelous while he went out and handled his business with Sid. He'll forever respect and secretly adore that. He didn't get to do his duel with her, but he do desperately wants to. Kaoru is a wonderful, beautiful, strong willed, intelligent, fearless... We could be here pretty much forever.

She's very quiet and misunderstood and that sort of saddens him, but he doesn't say anything since it might make her uncomfortable. He also doesn't get too close because Genta is loud and weird.
