Joe would never do things with Gai. He's hyperactive, not mature enough, and far too tiny.

Joe at first had no opinion of Basco. The only things he hated was how he continuously treated Marvelous. As a person Joe doesn't like how dishonorable Basco is. If he could see the reasons for what he did, he'd be less inclined to hate him. Really hate is even too strong a word for it. Joe just doesn't prefer dealing with unpredictable people.

He can also tell that there's a tiny part of Basco in there that actually genuinely cares about Marvelous, but it loses out to he parts of him that are more focused on other things. If he could understand Basco, he knows he'd have no reason to hate him, but he also knows that if he did, Basco would be more inclined to hate him and act out, so he doesn't pursue trying to understand him, just ... stand him.

Joe is not the type of person who really cares to hate or dislike people if they aren't important to him. He does what he needs to in order to get by. Really the only reason he'll ever have to act out against Basco is if he does something against the people he acknowledges. So while Basco is under the impression Joe hates him and is only tolerating him, the truth is Joe is tolerating him because he has no opinion of the Basco from before the Akaki Betrayal ... The Basco that Marvelous was infatuated with.

Eiji actually doesn't know what to feel or how he's suppose to approach this. In normal circumstances, he wouldn't have to bother. Yet since they'll all be closed in this space together until it's deemed they can leave, He is utterly lost on how he's suppose to handle this.

Like ... He's not even 100% sure what he's suppose to be doing with Ankh and that situation either. Kane seems to be more interested in Hina and now Shingo is here too so he's more or less expecting all three of them to sort of fight for her attention or something like that. THIS IS SOMETHING HE'S FINE WITH.

So he's being very "stay out of the way" because any wrong move will start a problem.


What does Ankh WANT Eiji to feel/do about all the Ryon's?

At Eiji's current point, he doesn't have an actual opinion of Kane. He wishes that he could talk to him and learn more about him, but he knows that right now that's impossible. He also knows that Kane is getting close to Hina and is unsure what problems that will start, but he wholly wants to stay out of the way of all of this.

What does Kane think about Eiji?

Kaoru will always be his favorite. She is the first one he met and she stuck by Marvelous while he went out and handled his business with Sid. He'll forever respect and secretly adore that. He didn't get to do his duel with her, but he do desperately wants to. Kaoru is a wonderful, beautiful, strong willed, intelligent, fearless... We could be here pretty much forever.

She's very quiet and misunderstood and that sort of saddens him, but he doesn't say anything since it might make her uncomfortable. He also doesn't get too close because Genta is loud and weird.


What does the princess think of Joe?

Ankh is fine with Eiji getting along with Shingo because of the bodysharing they had. He trusts both of them and he knows he's important to them.

Kane however, needs to gtfo. Ankh is very uncomfortably aware of how easy it is for people to get along with Kane. Seeing Hina and Eiji getting along with him makes him feel threatened. So honestly? The less time Eiji spends time with Kane, the better. :'D

Can Joe understand why Marvelous used to like Basco or is it more of 'what the hell was he thinking'?

She knows that in the future she will hang out with pirates for awhile, and that she comes to trust them, but she does not ... dwell on that, at all, since it is the future and that is not now. And worrying over the future is pointless anyway, she is more concerned with strengthening herself and her skills for the war, BUT.

She does like Joe! He is calm and level-headed, and he is not rude or loud. He has always been polite and he doesn't pry or taunt her or anything, which she very much appreciates and respects. Kaoru doesn't really know how to communicate well with others, and she does enjoy a companionable silence. He doesn't make it weird.

But yes he is probably her favorite now actually. Don was winning before because he used the Vocab Word of Ultimate Dere (+9999 Dere -999 Kuu).

So how does Joe feel about the whole Basco/Marvelous thing of the past and now present?

Joe can see what would have attracted Marvelous to Basco. If he was to think about it in the way Marvelous would have and in all of that boy-ish trust, He can definitely see it. Basco is, sadly, a good-looking person. When he choses to, he's very caring and touchy-feely. It's the kind of thing Marvelous likes and he can't deny that. It's kinda while it annoys him more when Basco does things against him, because he can see how deeply something like that would cut him.


What does Basco think of the fact that Joe is also a traitor and not exactly much better than he himself?

Any time he can spend with him with feels and senses. Really. Any time he can spend with Ankh where there isn't fighting or complaining is a good day to him.


Is there any one thing that Ankh wants from Eiji? It can be anything, anything at all.

Kane likes Eiji, nice and friend, and if possible, wants to sit down with him and talk about his travels because it's something they haven't done and he hasn't gone outside of Japan after arriving in the past. Aware of the relationship between him and Ankh, he's trying not to be around him too much in case it angers the bird. He already knows he's a threat and all.

What he doesn't like is the whole medals thing going on with Eiji. Something happened in his past that Hina couldn't tell him and he believes it's something personal seeing as Hina told him that he had to ask Eiji himself. How that affected him and brought these medals to him, Kane is unable to connect the dots on that. Something to do with greed and desire and such are things he's not really familiar with. He also doesn't like this attitude he has that just because he knows he'll be fine in the end doesn't mean he shouldn't worry about things that could possibly happen to him in the meantime. He's in camp, not home and Kane knows a future can change especially since he's seen it first hand.

However, there is not much he can do about it. Eiji is stubborn and wants the power those medals give him. All he can do is support his decision, worry from time to time about it, and stop him when he decides to do something stupid.

Out of the places he traveled to, which was his favorite?

He wants him to give up the purple medals. Doing that means he regains his humanity and being able to have desires in a good way.

Top five little things Eiji likes about Ankh.

He finds almost a poetic irony to it. He knows he hurts Marvelous in the future and it seemed strange that the first person he goes to would be a deserter because it would seem like Marvelous was trying to replace him directly with someone who flipped sides towards him rather than away from him. But, meeting Joe, he can see that's where the similarities end so, it stopped mattering to him that he was a Zangyack traitor and he doubts Marvelous cares anymore either.

Does Joe mind all the flirting?

At first he was kinda disgusted, TBH.

As time went on he understood why it happened and is just brushing it off. It's in the past for Marvelous and Basco doesn't seem to outwardly care at the moment, so there's no reason to address it. It doesn't mean he doesn't sometimes think about it, but be assured that when he does, it annoys him quite a bit.

Presently ... there's a very tiny part of him that feels bad that Basco was taken from a time where he could have Marvelous whenever he wanted him and then was just completely denied him all at once. And then there's him... who could have everything being denied from Basco, but doesn't really care enough to do so. It's like taunting him unintentionally.

... He also thought once what he would have been like and then promptly ended that thought.


What does Marvelous think about this entire mess?
